Why is Tailore being built?

Tailore exists for anyone who works with custom fashion. Designers, seamstresses, pattern makers, ateliers, and clients who commission pieces all deal with the same problem. Most custom projects live in DMs, screenshots, voice notes, and scattered spreadsheets. It is stressful to keep track of who paid what, which measurements are correct, and what is supposed to be delivered next. Tailore is a shared workspace where all of that can live in one clear place.

If you know someone who lives off custom fashion work and is always buried in DMs, seeking a centralized platform to track project orders, including the need for secure payment system, feel free to share Tailore with them as well. The more real workflows we can see, the better Tailore will be for everyone. This is just the beginning.

What's next?

Right now we are focused on the core workspace designers actually use every day: organizing custom projects, keeping measurements and references in one place, showing a clear timeline of what is happening next, and sending structured requests for deposits and final payments. As we roll out new versions of Tailore, we will work closely with a small group of founding designers and studios from the waitlist including you to shape how the platform works.
