Following project progress
Your project page is one workspace where everything important lands automatically. This article shows how to read the stages, spot what's waiting on you, and close the project out at the end.
One workspace for the whole project
Your project page puts overview cards on the left and the conversation on the right. Everything important - proposals, payments, measurements, appointments, delivery updates - lands automatically as cards in the conversation, so you never have to hunt for the latest state. "Stage history" keeps the record of how the project got here.
The stage stepper shows where you are: Inquiry, Planning, Agreement, Creation, Fulfillment, Completed. Planning may be skipped for straightforward projects. Status badges like "Awaiting your approval", "Awaiting payment" and "Active" tell you what the current stage is waiting on.

What's waiting on you
The "Needs your approval" list at the top collects everything that's blocked on you: proposal approvals, and design or fitting sign-offs. A design sign-off "Confirms you're happy with the design so production can continue." A fitting sign-off "Confirms the fit is right so the studio can finish the piece."
Appointments show under "Scheduling" - confirm a proposed time, or say "None of these times work" and the studio will offer others. A reminder comes the day before. Payments appear on the project when the studio requests them: "Each later payment appears here once your studio requests it."
Delivery and closing the project
When the piece ships you can track it - "On its way. Confirm receipt below once you have it." For pickup you'll see "Ready to collect..." instead. Confirm receipt when the piece is in your hands, then confirm completion to close the project.
Closing is final
The closing prompt asks "Confirm and close this project?" and warns "You cannot undo this action." Only confirm once you've received the piece and you're satisfied - see Delivery, pickup and completion.
If dates slip or something is wrong
If a date slips or you're unsure what's happening, ask in messages first - most delays are ordinary and studios expect the question. If something is genuinely wrong, use Report an issue: it pauses completion, delivery updates and new payment requests while the problem is looked at. Reporting a project issue explains what happens next.
