Contacting Tailore support

Tailore support is reachable by email, with four addresses routed by topic. Here is which one to write, what to include, and when an in-product tool is the faster path.

Start with the in-product tools

For anything tied to a specific project, message, account or listing, the in-product tools attach your report to the right place automatically. Use Report an issue in the project workspace for project problems (Reporting a project issue), the flag report buttons for a message, account or listing, and a cancellation request when you want to cancel (Cancellations and refunds).

For everything else, email us. The contact page is the canonical routing and always has the current addresses.

Which address to write

Support addresses by topic
AddressWhat it is for
hello@tailore.fashionEverything, including account and payment problems.
privacy@tailore.fashionYour data: access, export, correction, deletion.
legal@tailore.fashionTerms, disputes and legal notices.
copyright@tailore.fashionCopyright - if work of yours has been uploaded to Tailore without permission.

We read all four. If you are unsure which fits, write hello@tailore.fashion and we will route it.

What to include

  • The project or Studio name, when your question is about one.
  • A reference to the exact profile, listing, message, project or review you mean.
  • A clear explanation of what happened and what you need.

Never send complete card or bank information

Support will never need your full card number or bank credentials, and you should never put them in an email. For account security basics, see Protecting your account.

Emergencies

Tailore support is not an emergency service

If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then, if the situation involves Tailore, tell us about it by email or with an in-product report.

Frequently asked questions

Tailore is a small team in beta, and we read everything sent to all four addresses. We do not promise a specific response time.
