Creating and publishing a listing
Create a listing from your studio dashboard, work through the four sections of the form, and clear each publish gate - or keep it as a draft until you are ready.
Before you start
A listing inherits two things from your Studio profile. Its Offering type must be one your studio offers, and its fulfillment options start from your studio settings: you can turn options off for one piece, but not on, unless your studio offers them. A disabled method links you to "Enable this option in your Studio profile first".
You can draft a listing at any time - drafts are never gated. Publishing needs a complete studio profile and payouts set up.
Filling in the form
Describe the piece
The "Listing details" section covers what this piece is and who it is for. Choose an Offering type (Custom or Made-to-order), then set a Listing title, a Garment type, up to 3 Listing categories, up to 2 entries under Cultural style or tradition, and a Description (10 to 5,000 characters to publish). Made-to-order listings can also set a Customization level (optional) - how much a client can tailor the piece.
Set pricing
Pick a Currency (16 are supported) and a Starting price - the lowest expected price for the simplest standard version, shown to buyers as "From" your amount. Typical upper range (optional) is an estimate for common customizations, not a guaranteed maximum; Pricing notes (optional) adds context.
Set timeline and fulfillment
Custom listings set a "Project timeline (days)"; made-to-order listings set a "Production time (days)" - both as minimum and maximum days. Then check the fulfillment methods this piece supports: domestic shipping, international shipping, or local pickup.
Add photos
Add up to 12 images. The first image is the cover buyers see first. JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB each. At least one photo is required to publish.
Payment terms are not set on the listing
The listing gives clients a realistic starting point. The final project price and payment schedule are confirmed in the project proposal - deposits and payment terms are deliberately not part of the listing form.
Publishing and the gates
The sticky bar at the bottom of the form holds Save draft and Publish listing (after publishing they become Save changes and Unpublish). If publishing is blocked, the button stays visible but disabled, with the reason next to it. The gates run in order:

After publishing
A published listing appears in Shop, on your public profile under "What you can commission" in the "Listings" section, and on its own listing page. Your listings panel tracks everything with All, Published, Draft, and Archived tabs, sorting by recency, title, or price, and search.
To take a listing down, use Unpublish. The listing menu also offers Archive listing and Delete listing - but once a project references the listing, deletion is refused and the dialog offers "Archive this listing instead?" so project history stays intact.
Common questions
No. Until payout setup is complete, your work is kept as a draft: "Complete payout setup to publish. Your listing is saved as a draft." The same applies while Tailore payments are not yet available in your country.
Not on the listing. The final project price and payment schedule are confirmed in the project proposal.
No. Listing fulfillment starts from your studio settings and can only be narrowed per piece. Enable the method in your Studio profile first.
