Completing your Studio profile
Work through each section of the Studio profile editor, then confirm your studio meets the requirements for publishing listings and appearing in public discovery.
Where everything lives
Your public presence is edited in one place: the Studio profile editor in your designer dashboard. Portfolio photos have their own manager - open it from the Photos row at the top of the editor, described as "Add and manage your portfolio gallery." The Preview public studio link shows your profile exactly as clients see it.
Most changes save together: edit the sections you want, then save from the sticky bar at the bottom of the page. When your changes are stored, you will see the confirmation toast Studio profile updated. The one exception is your Studio image - a logo or portrait shown beside your studio name on your public profile (JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB) - which saves immediately when you upload it.
Identity and photos
Fill in your studio identity
Studio identity holds your studio name, public URL, and studio description. The URL is shown here but is read-only.
Add portfolio photos
Open the photos manager and use Add portfolio photos. JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC, up to 10 MB each. The first photo in your gallery is the cover shown everywhere your studio appears.
Choose your cover and framing
Each photo tile offers Set as cover, Adjust framing, and Remove. Framing is zoom and position applied when the photo is displayed - it is never a crop, the original file is untouched, and you can reset it anytime.

What clients see
| Section | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Specialties | Select up to 8 specialties, plus up to 3 "Other specialties" separated by commas. |
| Services offered | What your studio does during a project. Clients see these as tags on your public profile. |
| Typical starting price | Roughly what your work starts at. Clients see it on your studio card as "From" your amount, and it is used to filter studios by price. It is not a quote - every project is priced in its own proposal. Leave it blank if you would rather not show one. |
| Offering types | How your studio sells work. This controls the offering types you can create listings for. |
| Fulfillment options | Public studio capabilities and the fulfillment methods new listings may use. |
| Studio location | Your city and country appear on your public profile. |
| Social links | Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest links shown on your profile. |
Your street address stays private
Only your city and country are public. Your street address is shared only with clients you have a confirmed appointment or pickup with.
When your profile is complete
You can save your profile at any stage, but publishing listings requires a complete setup:
- Your studio identity is filled in
- City and country are set in Studio location
- At least one specialty is selected
- At least three portfolio photos are uploaded
- At least one fulfillment method is enabled
If anything on that list is missing, publishing a listing is refused with: "Complete your studio setup to publish - add your store identity, location, at least one specialty, three portfolio photos, and a fulfillment method." The three-photo minimum also applies to discovery: "Add at least 3 portfolio photos before making your studio publicly discoverable." Once your profile is complete, move on to creating your first listing and managing your visibility.
