Accessibility Statement

Version 1.1 - last updated August 29, 2026

Tailore is committed to making its marketplace and communications usable by people with disabilities. We want Clients and Studios to be able to discover designs, create accounts, communicate, manage projects, make or receive payments, and access support with dignity and independence.

1. Our accessibility goal

Tailore aims to design and improve the Service with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and other applicable accessibility requirements. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page, feature, file, or third-party integration is fully conformant today.

2. Measures we are taking

Accessibility work may include:

  • using semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and keyboard-accessible controls;
  • providing sufficient contrast and visible focus states;
  • supporting zoom, text resizing, and responsive layouts;
  • adding alternative text for meaningful images and accessible names for controls;
  • avoiding unnecessary motion and respecting reduced-motion preferences where practical;
  • captioning or providing alternatives for important prerecorded media;
  • testing core flows with keyboard navigation and assistive technology;
  • including accessibility in design, development, content, and quality review; and
  • addressing reported barriers based on severity, impact, and available resources.

3. Third-party content and integrations

Some features rely on third parties, such as payment, authentication, maps, file viewing, communications, or embedded media. Tailore works to select and configure accessible services but does not control every aspect of a third party's product.

If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us so we can help identify an alternative where reasonably possible and raise the issue with the provider.

4. User-generated content

Studios and Clients upload images, documents, videos, listings, and project files. Tailore encourages users to provide clear descriptions, captions, readable documents, and accessible alternatives where practical. User-generated content may not always meet accessibility standards.

5. Requesting assistance or an alternative

If you cannot access information or complete a task, contact us. Please identify the page or feature, the barrier, the device or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance that would help.

Tailore may provide information through an alternative format, assist with navigation, or offer another reasonable method for completing a task, depending on the request and available options.

6. Feedback

Accessibility feedback helps us improve. Write to hello@tailore.fashion with "Accessibility support" in the subject line. There is no separate accessibility address; that inbox is read by the same small team.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days. Complex issues may require more time, but we will provide updates where practical.

7. Ongoing improvement

Tailore may prioritize barriers affecting account access, marketplace discovery, project communication, payments, and support. We may update this Statement as the Service and our accessibility practices evolve.
