This Cookie Policy explains how Tailore LLC ("Tailore," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Tailore's websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). It should be read with the Tailore Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and device identifiers. These technologies can remember information, keep a session secure, understand how the Service is used, or support communications and advertising.

A cookie may be a session cookie, which expires when the browser closes, or a persistent cookie, which remains until its stated expiration or deletion. A cookie may be set by Tailore or by a third party whose service is used on Tailore.

2. Categories of technologies we use

Strictly necessary

These technologies are required to operate and secure the Service. They may support account login, authentication, fraud prevention, network management, load balancing, checkout, privacy choices, and other essential functions. They cannot generally be disabled through Tailore's cookie controls because the Service may not work correctly without them.

Preferences and functionality

These technologies remember choices such as language, region, display settings, onboarding progress, and other preferences. Disabling them may reduce functionality or require you to re-enter choices.

Analytics and performance

These technologies help us understand visits, navigation, feature use, errors, and performance. We use the information to improve the Service, measure adoption, and diagnose problems. Where required, Tailore uses these technologies only after consent.

Advertising and campaign measurement

If enabled, these technologies help measure campaigns, limit repeated ads, understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or signup, and deliver or measure advertising based on activity. Where required, Tailore uses them only after consent and offers an opt-out.

3. Information collected

Cookies and similar technologies may collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, identifiers, language, approximate location, referring page, page views, searches, clicks, session activity, error information, and dates and times of activity.

Tailore does not intentionally place private project messages, measurements, complete payment credentials, or private project files into advertising cookies.

4. Third-party technologies

Tailore may use third-party providers for hosting, security, authentication, payments, analytics, support, communications, and advertising. Those providers may set or read technologies according to the configuration Tailore selects and their own policies.

The non-essential categories above are provided by a small number of third-party analytics and advertising providers. The specific providers may change as the Service evolves, and a current list is available on request using the contact details in section 9.

5. Your choices

What loads before you choose depends on where you are.

If you are visiting from a region whose law requires consent before non-essential technologies are used - the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland - Tailore asks first. On your first visit a prompt offers two choices of equal weight, Essential only and Accept. Nothing in the analytics or advertising categories loads until you choose, and choosing Essential only means nothing in those categories ever loads.

Elsewhere, the analytics category is active by default and you can turn it off at any time; turning it off stops the analytics category from that point forward. The advertising category is different everywhere: it loads only after you affirmatively accept, regardless of region.

That state is not permanent, and you do not need an account to change it: the switch at the bottom of this page controls the analytics and advertising categories for this browser. Signed-in users will also find the same control under Account settings, then Preferences, then Share usage analytics. Turning it off withdraws consent for the browser categories from that point forward and your refusal is kept until you change it; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Where you were asked and accepted, your stored acceptance is refreshed every twelve months, and a material change to what we collect resets it and asks again.

There is deliberately no per-vendor or per-category checkbox. Tailore's analytics and advertising technologies are governed by a single choice.

You can also delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent login, checkout, security, saved preferences, or other features from working. Mobile devices may provide controls for advertising identifiers and tracking, and third-party providers may offer their own opt-out tools.

6. Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals

Traditional browser "Do Not Track" signals do not have a uniform industry standard, and Tailore does not respond to them.

Tailore does not currently detect Global Privacy Control or another opt-out preference signal. The controls described in section 5 are the working controls. In regions where Tailore asks first, the prompt fails closed: any browser that has not answered is treated as having declined, so a visitor sending a GPC signal has nothing loaded for them either way unless they affirmatively accept. In other regions the analytics category is active by default, and the section 5 control - not a browser signal - is how you turn it off; the advertising category still loads only after an affirmative accept.

7. Cookie duration

The duration of a technology depends on its purpose. Session cookies expire when the session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. Tailore configures non-essential retention to be reasonably limited and periodically reviews active technologies.

8. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, law, or the Service change. The latest version and date will be posted on Tailore. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
